This was  a 25 year old lady with dyspepsia . On evaluation 2 D Ultrasound image showed a fixed echo genicity ,without any shadowing  in the GB wall suggestive of GB POLYP.

The next picture is a 3D reconstruction followed by high definition live scan (HDL scan ) with the light thrown from different angles. I am sure one could appreciate the polyp very well with the light change. This is a slide show ; please wait for the slides to change.
