This was a 34 year old man with recurrent upper abdominal pain.
The following was seen
pancreatic calculi are seen
with power doppler and mild angulation the comet tail sign is seen well .
the next is the same image without the power doppler
When we have a doubt about the presence of calculi anywhere , colour and power doppler can clarify with the comet tail appearance appearing posterior to the calculi.
Looking Through a Transducer 
Either I didnot know a comet tail or i have to have a wishful thinking or an imaginary vision,good anyway Dr.K.N
